Check weekly the email you gave us - we will send you invites for every study, indicating end date.

What If I miss to see the email invite?
We will send up to 2 reminders, including an SMS.

Can I check if a survey is active in My Tobacco Study?
oYes, in Sign in, and you can click the survey link.

Do I have to complete every questionnaire?
Yes. Your experience and opinion, shared regularly, are very important, no matter what they are - big, little, or none, positive or negative.

What counts as a completed questionnaire?
If you responded to all questions, in the survey active days.

What if I miss a survey?
Please try not to miss any! If you do, we will not have your opinion, and you will miss your 3 - surveys bonus. We may still send you invites for the next two waves, to allow you to continue.

How can I fill in a survey?
Via mobile phone, tablet, or PC. Just click the survey link, received via emails or SMS. You can also Sign in and click "Participate in wave" in your profile page here at hu.mytobaccostudy.com.

What if I cannot access a survey link?
Please, try to copy the link from the invitation e-mail and paste it in your internet browser. If it doesn't work, please contact us at contact@mytobaccostudy.com including the specific link you received, so we can trace the issue quickly.
